An online claiming portal where claims are uploaded and champions allocate sales to participants. Reward catalogue with reloadable gift card available as well as bi-­monthly sprint campaigns

Results:

Increased Channel revenue by 20% over 12 months. Average margin per unit increased by approximately 30%
